He flaps a bit, but I wouldnt call him "flappy," per se. Hes not even much of a bird, to be honest. He can barely fly, and he definitely cant stay upright. Hes always running into pipes, and Im sure he has some brain damage. I mean, look at those eyes. Also, why are there so many pipes? And why are they hanging out of the sky?!?! Is there some kind of nefarious pipe plot??
